Since October 2023, Israel has shifted its policy toward the Palestinians. The testimony exposes Israel’s use of biblical genocidal narratives (Amalek doctrine), deliberate obstruction of aid under humanitarian pretexts, and Western complicity through defunding of UNRWA while sanctioning International Criminal Court investigators – constituting what legal experts identify as violations of the Genocide Convention’s prohibition on starvation tactics. This institutionalized violence represents an alarming case of humanitarian systems being repurposed for population control.
