– a French speaker (level DELF B2) if you apply to programmes taught in French or an outstanding English speaker if you are applying for a program taught in English.

- a clear and thought-through academic project
- a consistent and relevant professional project in Palestine
HOW TO BECOME A FRENCH GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT ?
1. Downloading the application form
When : between up to February 29th 2016

2. Submitting your application
When : before February 29th 2016 (late applications will not be considered)
Where : at the cooperation service in Jerusalem or at any French cultural and accredited centers (cf instructions)
3. Pre-selected candidates are contacted for interviews
When : in April 2016
Where : at the French cultural and accredited centers where applications have been submitted.
4. Results by email and on the website of the French General Consulate of Jerusalem
When : end of May 2016.
