Al Maqdisi is the Hubert Curien Franco-Palestinian Partnership. It is implemented in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), and in the partner country by the Consulate General of France in Jerusalem.
The call for applications for this programme is launched on an annual basis.
